Welcome to the web site of the Westbound Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (WTSA). We are a discussion group of major ocean container shipping lines operating in the trade lane from the U.S. to Asia. WTSA members provide scheduled ocean transportation and intermodal door-to-door logistics services, including service for refrigerated, hazardous, oversize project shipment and other cargoes requiring special equipment or handling.

This site is designed for freight shippers, trade associations, government agencies, members of the business and trade press, and the general public.
